As we continue to have variants of COVID-19, Beyond Wrapture Day Spa is pleased to provide this updated version of our Covid Response:
While the indoor mask mandate continues in our region, we ask that you wear a mask in our establishment. If you do not have one, we will have one available for you. We have a touch-less hand sanitizing station inside the doors for your convenience and ask that everyone sanitizes upon arrival. The reception desk has a plastic protective barrier for check in and check out procedures and the reception area has socially distance seating. We do anticipate being busy with gift card sales throughout the holiday season, so you may be ushered to alternate seating in the spa if several guests arrive at the same time. Any forms or documents you are required to fill out are sanitized prior to your arrival, as are the pens and all touchable surfaces prior to and after your arrival.
Along with the reception area, our treatment and changing rooms are constantly sanitized. On busy days, because we sanitize after every client, there may be a slight waiting time before your service. Our cleaning policy has always been to thoroughly clean our equipment and tools before use.
At this time, we will ask you our covid questionnaire upon arrival. If yes to any questions, we will need to reschedule the appointment. We ask these questions in order to keep our staff and other guests safe, so we rely on honest answers. We are upgrading to digital forms in the new year so there will be limited contact by having pre-appointment screening. Please purchase gift certificates online if you are not feeling well and call us to reschedule or cancel appointments. Even if you have the slightest inkling that you may be unwell, it is best to reschedule. When possible, we do appreciate a 24-hour cancellation notice; however, we are fully aware that this may not always be possible. Staying safe and healthy is a top priority for all Staff and our valued Guests. Estheticians will be wearing masks and face shields while performing facials or facial waxing.
When arriving for your appointment there is no need to come ‘earlier’ than the time specified for your treatment(s) because the time we give you includes a check-in/checkout, fill in forms, change room & sauna time prior to your appointment. Example if we give you a 3pm appointment time your service might not begin until 310pm. If the treatment time is listed as 1 hour, you would expect that treatment to begin from 310-410pm. We would never shorten your service. This also helps with keeping distance in our lobby.
Masks are to be worn while in the change areas or in the hallways as you are ushered to your room. Once in the treatment room the Spa Practitioner will explain further procedures to you and ask you to wash & dry your hands before laying down on the treatment table. When enjoying a massage lying face down, no mask is required; however, when you turn over into the supine(face-up) position your practitioner will ask you to don your mask.
We truly appreciate your support through this new reality we are all learning to live/work in. With everyone’s cooperation we hope to see a much brighter New Year for all of us. Any concerns you may have please call us with your questions or email/chat with us via our newly launched website.
